Licence - PLC communication

The license for using communication protocols for PLC controllers can be activated on the following device series:

• BoxID
• Clocker
• Daxi
• IQIO

The license supports protocols for the following controllers:

• Siemens - PLC Siemens S7 Communication
• Mitsubishi - PLC Mitsubishi - MC/SLMP Protocol

For the BoxID and Clocker series readers, installing the license enables:

• Reading login data – user identification, registration status, group membership, etc.
• Display control – full control over the alphanumeric display, displaying login results, and configuring messages.
• Output control – controlling the built-in reader outputs and generating sound signals

For the Daxi and IQIO series:

• Reading the device input states via PLC.
• Controlling the device outputs from the PLC.
• Reading data from sensors connected to IQIO/Daxi through PLC.
• Using Daxi/IQIO as a pinger for devices in the Ethernet network and transmitting status information.
• Reading virtual inputs of the Daxi device (user variables).
