The Bus Expander is an adapter that acts as a splitter, allowing the connection of multiple sensors to devices such as IQIO, Hero Web Sensor, or DAXI.
The BUS EXPANDER adapter has been designed to serve as a splitter that allows multiple sensors to be connected to devices such as IQIO, Hero Web Sensor or DAXI. It thus facilitates the expansion of the possibilities of connecting different sensors to a single device. To use its functions, simply connect the BUS EXPANDER directly to the selected device and then connect the required sensors to it.
Use of BUS EXPANDER in an installation with Hero Web Sensor
Connect the BUS EXPANDER with the Hero Web Sensor using a two-wire cable to any 1-WIRE input. Connect the sensors using a two-wire cable, or an RJ12 connector. Please note that the Hero Web Sensor device supports a maximum of 4 sensors.
Use of BUS EXPANDER in an installation with IQIO
Connect the BUS EXPANDER with the IQIO device via a three-wire cable to any 1-WIRE input. Connect the sensors using a three-wire cable, or an RJ12 connector. Please note that the IQIO device supports a maximum of 6 sensors.
