Hero Web Sensor
Hero Web Sensor is a module for monitoring environmental parameters such as temperature, humidity, and digital signals. The device supports up to four sensors and communication protocols including HTTP GET, Modbus TCP, SNMP, and MQTT, making integration with management and monitoring systems straightforward. It is an ideal solution for advanced environmental applications and is powered via PoE (compliant with IEEE 802.3af) or via screw terminal.

Hero Sensor Web is a small module that allows to monitor data from up to 4 different sensors. It is adapted to read data from temperature, humidity, etc. sensors and 2 digital inputs. The device is equipped with a readable 7-segment LED display in red, on which are available, among others measured values, current IP address and DHCP service status.
Communication with the module is done via a LAN. The user can read the measured data via:
- embedded web server - web browser (preferred browsers are MOZILLA FIREFOX, OPERA, CHROME)
- Windows / Linux command line
- HTTP protocol
- MQTT protocol
- SNMP protocol
- MODBUS TCP protocol
- e-mail messages
- syslog commands
Power
- PoE: 33V – 57V PoE IEEE 802.3af
- DC: 12V – 24V DC
- Power consumption: 1,5W
Input
- 1-wire bus
Outputs
OUT1
- Output type: relay
- Maximum working voltage: 250V AC,
- Maximum load current of the relay 8A
- NO output (normally open),
- Switch-on time: 1ms,
- Turn-off time: 5ms,
- Operating mode: bistable, astable, monostable
OUT2
- Output type: transistor OC
- NO output (normally open),
- Switch-on time <1ms,
- Turn-off time: <1ms,
- Operating mode: bistable, astable, monostable
LAN
- Ethernet 1x10Mbps, RJ45
Application
For each of the connected sensors, warning and alarm values of the read parameters can be set. The occurrence of warning and alarm states may activate a relay or transistor output.
Above table enables to be widely used wherever you need to quickly respond to changes in temperature or humidity level, e.g. switching on heating / cooling / airing / sprinkling, etc.
WebSensor series sensors dedicated to the Hero Web Sensor module are sold separately.
